Every dollar raised through LifeWalk directly supports local individuals and families doing it tough with real, practical care and support through our CareHouse on Earl St, Coffs Harbour.

Join. Donate. Walk.

What is LifeWalk?

LifeWalk is LifeHouse Care’s annual community fundraiser, where we come together to connect, encourage, and build community while walking a section of our beautiful Coffs Harbour coastline.

We kick off with music, coffee, and bacon & egg rolls, then set off from the Jetty Reserve, along the North Wall to the base of Muttonbird Island, pause to take it in, and stroll back together. Step by step. Side by side.

LifeWalk is about more than walking—it’s about walking alongside our community. Rising costs make life hard for many local families and individuals. 50% of funds raised go directly to practical relational support, helping people take their next step forward, while the other 50% supports LifeHouse Care’s ongoing programs.

We finish with a sausage sizzle, conversation, and celebration, sharing hope and encouragement. LifeWalk is our way of stepping forward together—for the wellbeing and thriving of our community.

There are three ways you can get involved in LifeWalk.

  • Sign-Up to Walk with us on the day from 7am, we’d love to see your beautiful faces!

  • Jump on and Register to fundraise as an individual or as a team

  • Generously Donate to provide practical essential needs for individuals and families in our local communities (tax deductible)

How will the community be helped through the funds raised?

Funds raised will be focused in continuing the support LifeHouse Care provides in our community through our CareHouse in Earl Street, Coffs Harbour.

  • 50% of funds raised go directly to practical relational support, helping people take their next step forward in a safe, family-friendly space in the centre of town.

  • While the other 50% will help us continue providing the vital crisis support we've offered the Coffs Coast community since 1996.

Support can look like Personal Crisis Intervention, Food Assistance, Pharmacy, Clothing & Furniture, Utility Support, Advocacy & Referrals

What if it’s raining & the weather is wild ?

As long as it is safe, we will continue. Though if the weather is too wild, we do have a contingency plan in place and will contact you.

Contingency Plan?

If it’s wild weather and unsafe to walk, we’ve got a fun backup plan ready to go!

LifeWalk will shift to our Coffs Hub behind the LifeHouse Care Op Shop at 169A Orlando Street, where we’ll keep the vibes alive with live music, hot B&E rolls, great coffee, dancing, laughter and community connection.

How do I go about fundraising?

Step 1. Register!
Follow the prompts and you will receive a Fundraising Pack (your very own social media sharing link and an email with fundraising ideas!)
